I had a delightful stay in a comfortable room that boasted a spacious shower area with two sinks, making morning routines a breeze. the room was thoughtfully furnished with a Coway water dispenser for hot and cold water at the push of a button, and an in-room coffee machine that prepared my daily brew perfectly. These features created a smooth, relaxing experience throughout my visit.
The only minor drawback I encountered was the occasional noise from the hallway, which slightly interrupted the tranquility of the room. this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise exceptional stay.

We had a fantastic experience at Bedrock Hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and you could tell they genuinely loved their city and wanted to share it with visitors. the hotel itself is a gem, a boutique hotel that is helping to revitalize the downtown area. Our room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities like a dual sink, rain shower, and bath tub. the service was top, notch, from the warm welcome at the parking lot to the fast and relaxed check, in process. the owner took the time to explain everything, including the complimentary parking and breakfast. We also appreciated the little touches like the Coway water dispenser and Nespresso machine in the room. a 5, star service in a 3, star hotel. Cons: Everything was spot on. 👌.

My recent stay at Bedrock Hotel in Ipoh was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Debbie, and the staff. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Debbie even took the time to recommend the best attractions and local eateries in Ipoh, making my stay even more enjoyable. The service at the hotel was simply awesome. The breakfast provided was simple yet filling, with no wastage of food. The towels were crisp and sun-dried, indicating the hotel's commitment to energy conservation. The cozy and homely ambience of the hotel, along with the owner's personal stones collection, made it highly Instagrammable. The room offered plenty of space, comfortable beds, and two bathrooms, providing all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the filtered water system in the room was a pleasant surprise, reducing plastic waste. The staff at the reception and during breakfast were courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. They assisted with arranging taxis for me, as I didn't have a local number to call Grab myself. The breakfast options were great, with both Western and regional choices available. my experience at Bedrock Hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ipoh.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The room rates were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. The decor and facilities in the room were impressive, with a second floor in some rooms that provided extra space. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.
All was perfect during my stay!

The location of the hotel is great, with famous local food spots just a short walk away. the rooms are also well equipped with convenient amenities such as a water dispenser and cutlery. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The soundproofing in the hotel could be improved as we could hear noise from the neighbouring room. the pillows provided were uncomfortable.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
